I’ve been with my partner for a long time, yet our sore spot is communications. Lots of “misunderstandings” that never ever get solved. It’s exhausting. Is there a way for it be better – I ask this in relation to astrology and my chart (not his) so I can move past the repetitive pattern. Thanks. ~ R

Hi R,
Thanks for your question. Many individuals have similar difficulty in communications, not just in personal but business relationships. I’m glad to offer a bit of insight. If you understand that Mercury in a Natal Chart represents your Style of Communication (and any other aspects it has to it) then also realize that your partner too has his own style and way. If the Mercury’s in each natal chart are not totally in harmony then there is where the discord begins of not understanding or snags in communications even ways of thinking. Certainly there is a way for you to move past the old ways. Get to know your Mercury in your Natal chart and realize he has one too. Find what the challenges are and then find what the commonalities are and create a mutual pathway at the same time honoring the differences rather than letting them be “misunderstandings that never get resolved.” Start there!
