A burst of activity happened over the last several days which connected to “healing; a must.” I can see and sense the pain being magnified in people right now. The anguish and repeating memory loop happens when only trying to figure things out with the mind or through the personality. And this is happening for so many. Either stay stuck or move and grab a hold of the energy of progress and liberation.

Yet, I can’t help but see Hope. Light. Love through this haze. I see the crystal clear light beaming in to help liberate them while healing as well.  It’s like being in the ocean and the swell or wave lifts things up and then brings it back down again. Similarly the old painful issues are arising to be seen, felt and understood – not just intellectually nor physical but also spiritually and emotionally. The urge to be whole again, the urge to feel love again, the urge to find meaning and then to let go – liberate is SO strong right now. Will you meet this energy? Will you let go long enough for the Universe and your Soul to help you? You must do your part.  In order for energy to flow in freely, you must open up willingly. Create room inside of yourself, set the intention.

It is important to begin to view the situation or issue from the point of view as Soul to lift your perceptions away from the past and all the old ideas about how things or people should be, behave or react. Be here now. What needs your total attention now. What fresh ideas can you view now. You can’t resolve long standing problems or issues from the same energy wave in which they were created. You must step to higher ground to break up the pattern.

Universe, God, Source, Divine… forgives instantly.  Oftentimes it is the individual that can not forgive themselves for past mistakes or wrongs. To love and accept yourself spiritually and completely is to love yourself as well as take responsibility for your actions so you can choose not to repeat them. Forgive yourself in this moment. FEEL the forgiveness vibrate in the heart. Let go of the attachment to the idea of how things should be or how they use to be. Be here now. Feel the love that you are at the core. No matter what – each of us are loved beyond measure. Each of us has incredible potentials, each of us are guided even during the most difficult of times. Reach for the starts… Reach to connect even more intimately with Soul and the Universe.
