Jupiter in astrology symbolizes “mega” amount of..whatever. It is all about gigantic-dosage of. The astrological sign of Gemini symbolizes, linear mind, learning, acquiring data. Put these together and you have an enormous amount of  processing of information going on like a MEGA-Processor in super computers. It can be interesting and stimulating yet it also can become an overload to anyone’s nervous system.

Jupiter in Gemini increases the amount of information we want to take in. At its potential it helps us remain open, curious and “Student-like.” We want to send out an inspiring and informative message to the world at large. With Jupiter’s symbolism we must have a higher aim, to rise beyond dualistic thinking and the duality of life. The right/wrong, black/white and find a higher  unified Soul-level perspective. With this vision, and using the higher mind or Super-Consciousness, we see the bigger picture which naturally includes a variety of things going on. There is great joy in experiencing life from this higher perspective. All of the worries and dualistic thinking dissolves here. We go from the known to the unknown where there is limitless possibilities.

What will we notice happening with Jupiter’s transit through Gemini?

We will notice an “expansion of communication” yet it can be on many levels not just using words. We communicate through sight, sound, body language, energy, emotions etc. And this is all that is going on at once!  It can be fun and interesting yet, also imagine the overload to the nervous system if it is “on” 24 hours 7 days a week.  There may be multitasking on top of multitasking. Just be careful not to spread yourself too thin.

Generally speaking, people already have too much “mind chatter” going on and being overly intellectual. With some, the mobile or cell phones are glued to their ears or mouth! With Jupiter’s transit through Gemini, people will talk more, perhaps too much at times. People will read more, yet too much at times. The mind will race, perhaps even more than it is. With Jupiter, we have a “mega-microphone” handed to us and in Gemini, we may announce or disclose too much information and it will be broadcast on a wide level. Watch your tongue and choose what you want to be broadcast.

The key will be to know and then put into practice: when to say “enough” and do things in moderation. Know when to stop asking questions and allow the information to settle or digest. Meditation, being in silence and other non-linear activities will help keep energy in balance.

Jupiter’s presence in Gemini will amplify or magnify a multitude of possibilities, choices and options. It is variety that keeps the buzz, buzzing with Jupiter in Gemini. We want to explore and learn. Yet with Jupiter’s symbolism we must take time to “integrate” and digest the concepts or ideas that are most meaningful than gobble up data to become a dull dry library.

We may like putting the pieces of the “puzzle” together or figuring things out and it all is an intellectual exercise but it can create too much analyzing too.

Remember, that with Jupiter in Gemini we want to extract meaning not just make it about the “mind” or an abstract theory. To apply the concept, philosophy or idea is to glean the wisdom from it. Does it work or fit into your life and values? Are you walking your talk?

Communications of all kinds take on a pretty big growth spurt. There is potential for rapid expansion in technology, media, networking, computers, phones or anything that exchanges data. Everyday technology may take on new features and qualities. Processing data could advance rapidly. There may be new ideas in improving the Education system or teaching.

On an internal or energetic level, those who are highly sensitive (and have done their own inner growth and healing) may pick up thoughts of others, “telepathic” communication may increase. Remember, this is not a glamorous “gift”, with it comes responsibility and sometimes quite frankly it ends up being a headache (literally) because you just don’t want to hear other people’s useless mind chatter. Either you can use this transit to spread an uplifting message. Or on the flip side, be a part of spreading  rumors and gossip. Check the facts before jumping on any bandwagon.

When Jupiter in Gemini is off-balanced: there is Jack of all trades but master of none, back biting and being overly gossip oriented, being finicky and too scattered, asking too many questions, as well as imitation instead of authenticity. Taking in too many ideas and concepts and not applying anything. Mismatch of information or concepts leading to more confusion, being overly indecisive or sitting on the fence.
